How a Data Center Cleaning Engagement Runs
From the first call to a completed checklist, this is the sequence every engagement follows, whether it is a single server room or a recurring plan across a campus.
Scoping call
We ask what the facility is, which areas are in question, whether they are live or in construction, and how access works. If you have a specification or a previous contractor's scope, that is useful; if not, we build one.
Walkthrough and method statement
The account lead walks the areas with your contact and records floor types, access routes, tile-lifting rules, ceiling heights and site rules. From that comes a method statement: surfaces, methods, products and equipment, written for your approval.
Proposal and approval
The proposal lists scope per area, the visit plan, the crew and supervisor arrangement, and the price, with recurring and one-off work as separate lines. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it and the products and methods in it.
On site
The site supervisor signs the crew in, confirms the day's areas, and works the agreed route under escort. Open bays are barriered and closed before the crew moves on. Anything unexpected is reported, not worked around.
Checklist and review
Each visit ends with a completed checklist for your records, with photos where something was found. After the first few visits of a plan, the account lead reviews the records with you and adjusts frequency or scope.
